A geriatric care manager, also known as an aging life care manager or elder care consultant, is your guide when aging gets complicated. We break down big problems into digestable pieces then find solutions and referrals. I welcome you to contact me for a free 20 minute consultation to talk through your situation and ask questions. You are under no obligation to start services after the consultation. Billed services are initiated after a contract is signed.
